The Salt Pig began with a simple idea: to create a business where people could easily find honest, locally produced food from Purbeck farmers, fishermen, and growers.

A popular café, restaurant, farm shop and butchery, The Salt Pig is now open Wednesday evenings, with our evening menu served from 6pm–9pm. Join us for relaxed evening dining, with seasonal dishes celebrating great local produce and ingredients from our own farm wherever possible.

Monday–Tuesday: 8am–6pm
Wednesday–Saturday: 8am–late
Sunday: 8am–4pm
